Testimonials
Holistic core pelvic floor strategies for busy women! I walk regularly and am so grateful to be incorporating the exercises Laura has shown me that are strengthening my core and down-regulating my nervous system. Small changes make such a difference, and my body can feel it.

I went to see Laura for advice & exercises for a mild prolapse. I was nervous to get back to exercise or running in case of making the condition worse. She was instantly reassuring and gave me confidence that there were plenty of practices I could do to help. I felt instantly relieved & comfortable with Laura. She demonstrated several exercises for me to implement, which I learned with her instruction. They were easy to do & counter to the advice I had sourced from the Internet. She explained the mechanics of why these were effective. I practised them at home & can honestly say, in conjunction with some hormone cream from my GP, I do not suffer any further problems. I would be happy to return to Laura for a follow-up session should I need one, but so far all is well. One happy customer.

Laura’s guidance really helped me to have the confidence to return to training when my baby was six months old, even though I had Diastasis Recti. I now understand how using my breath can help control any pressure I exert while lifting weights. Training with Laura has been such a supportive experience; she creates an environment where progress feels natural. I highly recommend her to any mother who is nervous about returning to exercise postpartum.
